It’s time to make a conscious shift towards a better life and that starts with what you are choosing to eat.

Can we all agree that it has become incredibly difficult to discern what foods are “right or wrong” to eat? Every day it’s as if there’s a new claim on what’s “good and bad” for you. It has become confusing and sinister trying to choose what you need in the grocery store. Recently we’re seeing that the huge corporations controlling our food industries are losing the people’s trust. Why? Because their actions show that it’s more about the money and not the quality of food– which directly impacts the well-being of humanity. It’s so important that we pay more attention to what we are consuming as a whole.

I have personally been a victim of the corrupt food system, seeing how it impacted me first hand. 90% of my life, I had been battling obesity, and the struggle to understand food and “how to eat” has been REAL. I know I am not alone in this, but I definitely felt as if I was for all of those years. After being blamed and shamed for my weight, I decided to trust myself. Most all of the modalities people forced on me such as fad diets and weight-loss pills failed!

What did not fail was my persistent research into what I could do to heal my body, not “get skinny”. That is when my life transformed through Holistic Nutrition.

It’s remarkable how quickly I watched my entire body change with the new foods I was feeding it, and how positively I responded to them. ✨

Holistic Nutrition according to Google is: “ Focusing on a natural approach to a healthy diet and considers the individual as a whole, including all aspects of his lifestyle”. Holistic Nutrition to me is: True, intentional, conscious healing through food and lifestyle changes that could prevent, or eradicate disease + all imbalances within the body.

We’ve all heard it before and it stands true through the test of time “Food is Medicine”. Your food choices have a direct impact on all of the living organisms within the body.
Choosing WHOLE foods to heal the WHOLE body is incredibly powerful & transformative physically, mentally, and spiritually. However, everybody is different and what matters is understanding how to find solutions for each individual instead of a “one size fits all” method like fad diets or prescription medications. One’s health is an expression of the complex communication between the physical and chemical, mental, and emotional, as well as spiritual and environmental aspects of one’s life and being.
