Top 5 Wellness Tips Based on Your Blood Type
โYour blood type is a powerful genetic fingerprint that identifies youโฆ When you use your blood type as a guidepost for eating and living, you will be healthier, you will naturally reach your ideal weight, and you will slow the process of agingโ
Back in 2016 I made a decision that had a huge impact on my life. I decided to eat a completely vegan diet. What happened? My skin was clear, bloating was slim to none, my energy was radiant, and I literally lost 100 lbs ~ I was proudly pure vegan for 4 years straight!
Then 2020 hit and I completely fell off track. It was a huge shock ๐คฏ
I shifted from being fully alive and vegan to eating meat again and way more processed foods.
Not only that, but I was drinking more alcohol and basically neglected myself altogether.
I know Iโm not alone when I say 2020 not only disrupted my mental health but my physical health as well.
I almost re-gained all the weight I had lost in those 4 years.
Slowly, but surely Iโm succeeding now in re-focusing my life to revolve around optimal health and wellness.
My #1 focus is eating according to my blood type, which is Type A ๐ฟ๐ฉ๐พโ๐พ

I highly recommend going to your local clinic or doctor’s office to determine your specific blood type.
