It’s finally the spring season ya’ll! Aries season (starting March 20) is the official mark of the New Year in the Astrological Calender ♈️
These particular months are beneficial for us who are ready to move on and move upwards!

☃️ Now, if you tried to start something new during the dead of winter (January 1st) you’re probably burnt-out already. This is because that energy is to be saved until NOW. “April showers bring May flowers 🌷”–this is the time for an action-oriented alignment. Below you’ll find my personal tips for getting the most out of these magical (and very short) spring months + tips for Aries season!

Tip #1: They don’t call it “Spring Cleaning” for nothing…

Before and during the winter season, humans have had a tendency to stock up and hoard more. This is simply because of the subconscious fear we have of winter, and running out or lacking in something we need. Spring is the time when you not only physically let go and release everything you thought you needed during winter– but also energetically. The energy you’ve been carrying through the entire year has accumulated more and more until it finally settled with you during winter. Thus, contributing to the “winter blues”. So now, it’s finally time to release it ALL 🌺!
Do this by purging out your home of all items that you haven’t used or don’t truly resonate with anymore. Trash, recycle, local thrift store– whatever the case, let it go and thank it on its way out 👋🏾

Tip #2: Activate Your Spiritual Altar

If you don’t have a spiritual place or altar yet, this is the perfect time to build one for yourself! We all have spirit guides and our ancestors are always sending us signs and messages. Your altar is a place for you to give thanks and to also express your needs and desires to your guides. Your altar can be a simple place, but it is intended to be sacred and special for just you. ✨

Spring season is the best time to clear and clean your spiritual set-up to allow new energy to flow through it.

Personally, I enjoy clearing my altar every time we enter a new zodiac energy; placing items on my altar that reflect the zodiac sign. For Aries season, this can look like lots of red, orange, and yellow colors on and around you ❤️🧡💛 Heavily utilizing the element of fire 🔥 and embodying the modality of Cardinal– which is a “lets get it started” energy! This looks like lit candles everywhere and lots of burning rituals! The next month, May, will be ♉️ Taurus season. This can look like a lot of green/earth tones and colors on your altar; money and food offerings etc AND Getting a spiritual reading from a gal named Emerald 💚
All of these actions are to match the vibration of the energy and will propel your manifestations in these areas of your life.

Tip #3 Go Outside and Into Nature

Before humans were conditioned and forced to sit indoors for 8+ hours during the daytime– we were outside.☀️
Seeing and experiencing the season’s change is key to being able to get in touch with the new energy.

Being outside is how humans evolved– literally.

Sunbathing for 15-20 minutes has been recommended for optimal health for years now– though honestly, it’s just common sense. The sun provides us with a powerfull healing energy that we cannot describe. When it’s springtime, the sun is less harsh and it’s much more enjoyable to go outside and move your body! This is when humans would begin working again on their farms 👩🏾‍🌾, and animals began enjoying the fresh fruits and flowers that bloom during this time 🐝🌼🦋
Remember that being “in-touch” with nature is a skill that took humans hundreds of years to evolve with.

🌷 These seasons and cycles aren’t just here to look pretty- they’re here to ignite and remind us of the very real intelligence that has evolved within our DNA 🌻
