Even though it’s a jolly time, the holidays tend to also have us stressed and neglectful towards our own physical and mental health.
I have a perfect solution to keep your body at 100 and your immune system healthy through all 4 of the seasons.
The ingredients in this green juice are easy to find and make a really tasty morning drink that’s sure to energize you.
The Herbs
As always, in every herbal recipe post, I shine a spotlight on the medicinal herbs that will be sure to boost any recipe. Here we have some powerful toxin removers. All of these herbs will taste incredibly fresh in your juice, no doubt but will also add a new feeling of freshness to your body!

Ingredients
*All ingredients are best fresh and organic!*
1 Cup Filtered Water
5 Large Leaves – Romaine Lettuce chopped
2 Cups of Celery chopped
2 Handfuls – Spinach, kale, chard, or mixed greens chopped
1 Handful – Fresh Herbs whole (cilantro, basil, mint, parsley)
1 Orange peeled
1 lime or lemon juiced
2 TBS Turmeric powder
1 TBS – Fresh Ginger (easy to find minced in a jar)
*Add in pineapple, apple, or pears to make the juice sweeter
Directions
Chop all ingredients well, add to a blender with the water.
Blend on medium until mixture is a smooth, watery consistency.
Strain and squeeze through a nut milk bag carefully.
Add leftover pulp for fiber!
Drink within 24-48 hours ~ Store in the fridge for extended life.
