Easy Baked Zucchini Chips + 3 Healthy Dips
Last week on my Instagram (@greenvibes.goddess) I asked my viewers to vote on the next recipe idea! It was between sweet and savory; breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Overall, there were more votes for savory snacks! Down below is a delicious recipe for Easy Baked Zucchini Chips + A Variety of 3 Healthy Dips.
These chips are perfect to take with you to work, school, or when you’re at home wanting a healthy snack!
Herbs are mixed into this recipe of course; what would this recipe be without fresh herbs!?

Baked Zucchini Chips
Ingredients
Organic Zucchini
Olive Oil / Cooking Oil
Dry Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, paprika etc.)
Directions
*I literally tried 3 different times to cook these chips!!!
This is the best method!
Wash zucchini, slice about a 1/3 inch thick, press out excess moisture w/ a towel. In a bowl, add sliced zucchini, 2 tsp of oil + any dry seasonings you desire. Mix until all pieces are coated.
Place flat on baking sheet w/ foil, cook for 20 min at 325 then flip and cook at 200F for an additional (1hr) 60 min or until crispy.
3 Dips
I made it simple and tried for 5 ingredients per each dip! Enjoy~
Dip #1
(Basically Guac)
Ingredients & Directions
2 Avocados mashed w/ a fork
2 TBSP Lemon or lime juice
1/4 Red onion chopped finely
1TBS Salt, garlic + onion powder
Cilantro chopped finely
Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir until smooth and well combined.
Dip #2
(Basically Hummus)
Ingredients & Directions
1 can or 2 cups cooked Chickpeas
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
Parsley Chopped finely
Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Add water for desired consistency.
Dip #3
(Basically Ranch Dressing)
Ingredients & Directions
2 TBSP Vegan Mayo – can be found at most stores now 🙂
2 tsp Soy Sauce (or Tamari, or Aminos)
1 TBSP, Onion & Garlic Powder
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
Fresh Dill chopped finely
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix/stir thoroughly until smooth.
Wow, these chips look great! Can’t wait for you to make them. Can you use frozen zucchini?
That’s a great question, will have to test it out! I don’t think they’ll get as crispy as the fresh.
