Last week on my Instagram (@greenvibes.goddess) I asked my viewers to vote on the next recipe idea! It was between sweet and savory; breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Overall, there were more votes for savory snacks! Down below is a delicious recipe for Easy Baked Zucchini Chips + A Variety of 3 Healthy Dips.

These chips are perfect to take with you to work, school, or when you’re at home wanting a healthy snack!

Herbs are mixed into this recipe of course; what would this recipe be without fresh herbs!?
All of these can be found for $1.99 or less Organic 🙂

Baked Zucchini Chips

Organic Zucchini

This is the best method!

Wash zucchini, slice about a 1/3 inch thick, press out excess moisture w/ a towel. In a bowl, add sliced zucchini, 2 tsp of oil + any dry seasonings you desire. Mix until all pieces are coated.
Place flat on baking sheet w/ foil, cook for 20 min at 325 then flip and cook at 200F for an additional (1hr) 60 min or until crispy.

    1. That’s a great question, will have to test it out! I don’t think they’ll get as crispy as the fresh.
