๐Ÿ’š Peace & Happy Virgo Season โ™๏ธ

๐ŸŽ‰ Seeing as my 29th solar return “birthday” is during this glorious time gives me great pleasure!
Of course I had to come out with a Holistic Routine!

๐Ÿ September is a powerful month as it signifies the shifting of a new season: Autumn.
In mysticism, this is a time of shedding and getting ready for a death cycle of the planet.

The vibrant leaves fall and plants go dormant into their roots to rest; this is a beautiful lesson that we need to be re-acquainted with in our modern lives.

I love getting older, it signifies wisdom and resilience. I have no time for shame or shade when it comes to age. I see getting older as a gift, a testimony of my years, a “leveling up” so to speak. No one shames the player who makes it to level 99! They’re celebrated and in-fact envied by others who wish to reach their level too.

With so much wisdom under my belt (lol), I’ve found the most crucial aspects of my life to focus on are: my health, wellness & connection to spirit.

๐Ÿ‚ For the shift of the season, I wanted to provide some down-to-earth basics for creating a life that incorporates not just an aesthetic routine, but a routine that is intentional. As we are spiritual beings having a human experience. What I desire, is to live a more spiritually inclined, yet disciplined life. I’m with #teamsoftlife, I don’t care what anyone says. My venus in Libra won’t disagree when I say beauty and living sensually is what life is worth living for! Connecting with spirit on a daily basis will amplify all of your desires, believe me. I learned the hard way by denying that intuitive part of myself and prioritizing logic. No good.

So now, I present to you:
My Holistic Wellness Routine

& how to incorporate spirituality into your everyday life

Every moment of life can be lived with intention, do not underestimate the power of your time, attention and focus.

*To make it cute I added time stamps, please adjust according to your own flow, but try to implement as much as possible!

7:34AM – Rise up & Re-Program Your Mind

There’s just something about waking up in bed after a good night’s rest knowing you can’t get back to sleep and it’s officially time to start the day โ˜€๏ธ This is the time to re-program yourself— not overthink about yesterday. In these times, it’s crucial to say your affirmations. Affirm the life you desire and the goals you have for yourself. Your subconscious is still highly active, so imagine & vizualize yourself living your desires. All you have to do is feel what it’s like to be that person you want to be in the moments right after waking. Prepare yourself for the best day ever by having an alarm clock with your own voice recorded saying affirmations. Super powerful!

7:40AM – Journal Brain Dumping

While still in bed (optional), it’s time to grab the journal and let it all out. Honestly, it’s best to grab your journal at night to dump your thoughts out from the day, but I also find journaling upon rising brings more clarity for the day ahead. It’s a personal dump, so allow it all to come out. Write about the dreams you had that night + the dreams you have for your actual reality. *During these brain dumps I also get major downloads and “ah ha” moments from Spirit because it’s a slow rising with no rushing and no distractions.

holistic yoga

7:55AM – Fitness Flow

Yoga in the morning, no exceptions. Why? Because I’ve found myself wandering around my room aimlessly anxious sometimes after making the bed. So now I know that, immediately out of bed it’s time to pull out my yoga mat. I do no less than 30 minutes of yoga every morning, no exceptions.

Mantra: There are no regrets when tending to the temple. My body is my only true vehicle. No house, no car could replace my perfectly created vessel.

Yoga really clears up the mental mind ๐Ÿ’ญ + strengthens the flow of our chakras โค๏ธ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ. Here’s my favorite Yoga instructor on Youtube ๐Ÿ’› Black Yogi Nico ๐Ÿ’›
Since my body is already warmed up, I might as well do a quick workout now (some days I don’t have the energy, but yoga has to at least be done). What’s important for a holistic workout is doing full-body exercises. So, after yoga, I work on abs + arms, legs, and glutes depending on the day. Up to 45 minutes is my sweet spot for a daily workout; 60 minutes is the real goal. I do all workouts at home because it allows me to keep my energy to myself. I used to love going to the gym, but where I’ve moved to recently, the gym is way too crowded and small. I felt my energy was not the same after being there so, I stayed home doing workouts through YouTube and I feel much better!

shower routine holistic

8:45AM Shower Routine #cleangirl

๐Ÿ›€๐Ÿพ I’ve come to love morning showers! I’ve always been more of a nighttime shower gal, and still am. I now take 2 showers a day and it actually serves my nervous system more than I expected. Remember that the polar opposite of โ™๏ธ Virgo is Piscesโ™“๏ธ . Nervous system vs mental waters that both need cleansing. Keep that in mind anytime your brain is racing, go take a shower to release the emotions.

With this cleansing release, it’s also a time to get acquainted with your mood for the day. All senses are ignited in the shower, take advantage and be intentional with your body. The shower leaves the mind clear and at ease.
Time to use all those good-smelling products and practice being more sensual at this time (smell, sound, sight, touch, taste)

Here’s my Holistic Daytime shower Routine in order:
*Tip*: Put essential oils in your shower before you get in! My favorites right now are Lemon, Jasmine, and Frankincense
1. Wash face with Homemade Black Soap

2. Full body wash with anti-bacterial bar soap

3. Fully body wash with good-smelling soap or good-smelling exfoliating scrub

4. Out of Shower, apply herbal-infused oils and lotions right away to keep moisture locked in

5. Brush teeth, tongue scrape, and apply serums & facial products

6. Mirror affirmations!!! ๐Ÿชž

7. Done. Time to dance your favorite song straight out of the shower โœจ (extra mood booster)

9:30AMSpiritual Tea Time

This is the time to start a spiritual ritual. While the kettle is boiling, I go ahead and create my tea blend for the day. Considering my feminine phase, the date, planetary shifts, and how I want to feel, I craft the herbs together in a tea blend and allow it to steep in hot water for the next 20 minutes or so. This is where I get to tap into my magic ๐Ÿช„

While the tea steeps, I conduct sound healing + oracle card pulls for the day. This is a special time to tap into spirit and also a time to say any prayers & gratitude for the day. I love to journal any deep spiritual messages and synchronicities I may see from the oracle cards. I always feel so rejuvenated after this time. If you’re a woman and you feel depleted, make sure you’re having these moments of prayer and 1:1 with your highest self. Nothing can fulfill feminine energy more than this time.
Midway through I say affirmations into my tea (because we all know by now water holds frequency) and sip with gratitude in my heart for the herbal remedies ๐ŸŒฑโ˜•๏ธ

holistic food

10:30AM – 1st Breakfast

For this breakfast, I like to enjoy something light and fresh; 99% of the time, I eat only fruit before 12pm. Fresh fruit smoothie, an apple or 2, and some baby food pouches made with organic fruit has been my go-to lately. This + a few glasses of spring water is all I need in the mornings. Everyone is different, and this is my kind of different!

*The only supplements I take are Spirulina/Chlorella tablets. 10 per day (5 during breakfast, 5 before bed). A lot of my nutrients come those and from my daily herbal teas and beverages. For example, cocoa and reishi, matcha and moringa, alfalfa and dandelion, elderberry and astragalus are drinks I make on the daily that are all extremely high in nutrients ๐Ÿ“ Here are some smoothie recipes I created!

holistic planner

11:15AM – Reading/Manifestation/Screen Time

It’s either I read, or I create boards on Pinterest manifesting with photos and quotes. A tip when creating dream/vision boards is to put yourself on the boards! Remember it is you who will be living your dream life. I also just spend this time on social media so I’m not distracted or have FOMO during my work because I checked everything beforehand. I make sure to do quick breathing exercises and some meditation after I get off my phone to make sure I’m not carrying any heavy or negative energy during my creative work.

12:00PM – 4:00PM “ADHD Emotionally Inclined Work”

In the last 2 years I’ve looked into my human design and recently decided to more seriously implement it into my lifestyle– let me tell you it’s helped a loooot with my entire life but specifically my workflow. I’m a generator with emotional authority, I’m an emotional person, and when I don’t feel like doing something, I really don’t feel it. So why pressure myself? Instead, I go with the flow of my emotions and work on things that excite me! It’s not “reasonable” to most people, but this is a spiritual routine, it’s not meant to make logical sense. Look into your own design!

*Mind you, these are on my days off that I get to have this schedule, It’s definitely not an everyday thing for me, but it’s how I wish every day would flow.

Life is meant to be lived intuitively, especially for women who are more sensitive. This includes work-flow.

In a holistic sense, the best way to work is to focus on one task at a time. That’s the most effective way to get anything done with quality results. I’m what you’d call neurodivergent. It’s hard to just stay on one task at a time, so I like to play with limits. 15-minute timer here, 45-minute timer there. Just to see “what keeps my attention naturally?” Think of some tasks as a game, try starting with the one task you desire to do the least. This builds more confidence and ease of flow in the long run. Saving the more creative and fun tasks for later. Sometimes I switch it around if I need a quick boost. Both ways are highly effective.

During my work flow, I always tend to do some type of yoga stretching every 45 minutes or so, and I make my 2nd breakfast, or lunch during this time as well. The more I focus, the faster my work is completed and I don’t have to worry about time restraints.

holistic nature

5:00PM – Nature Time/Decompress

While everyone else is just getting off of “regular work”, I’m using this time to decompress. This is best done outside with feet touching the Earth. We use so much technology in our days, only the Earth can take the inflammation out of our bodies from EMFS. I like to remind myself: Nature is in fact my first and only natural home. It’s not just a place to “visit sometimes”. Breathwork and meditation are naturally a theme during this time as well ~

6:00PMEvening Shower + Dinner Prep

I love to get all my ingredients out for dinner, clean up the place a bit, and get ready for a shower. Sometimes I like to eat dinner before my shower, but most of the time I like to cook and eat dinner after my shower. It’s just cozier to me and more calming to my nervous system. Based on my human design, my digestion type is indirect, so the later in the day or night, the better for me to eat. Dinner is my largest meal and includes my carbs and proteins for the day. I eat around 7:30-8pm.

good healthy holistic

8:00PM – Plan for next-day

After I’m done with dinner and watching my shows or favorite YouTubers, I like to pull out my planner and plan for the next day. Briefly, some tasks I’d like to get done for the day or week. I make sure to put on bi-neural beats, theta waves, classical music or any other frequency vibes before bed and listen to it throughout the night. I also listen to high-vibrational music throughout the day.
I put my phone away to charge and turn all screens off at least 30 minutes before bed ๐Ÿ“ฒ๐Ÿšฎ

9:00PM – Night-time Reading, Affirmations and Stretching

Choose a good fantasy book or a non-fiction informative book to read before sleep. It helps to save the knowledge in the memory bank and process it during dream time! I make sure to say nightly affirmations to myself in the mirror ๐Ÿชž and look out at the night sky with gratitude saying any more prayers for the day; tapping into the phase of the moon ๐ŸŒ•โ™“๏ธ. Lastly, I spend about 10-15 minutes stretching, deep breathing, and doing a night-time yoga routine before finally…
