Easy Herbal Wine Recipe with 3 Herbs

This is a delightful remedy that is sure to be enjoyed daily.
*The alcohol content in wine is around 30%-40% enough that you may want to be in a safe place when consuming your herbal wine!
The dosage of herbal wine is: Drink 1TBS to 1/2 cup per day.

Damiana: Sex tonic, Mood Booster, Nervine, Brings Heat to the Body,
Elderberry: Anti-Viral, Immune System Booster (colds, coughs, flu)
Herbal Wine
Ingredients
- 1 cup Schisandra Berry (Herb choice #1)
- 1 cup Elderberry (Herb choice #2)
- 1 cup Damiana leaf (Herb choice #3)
- 1 cup Rose Petals (Herb choice #4)
- 1 bottle Port Wine Can also use: Sherry, Madeira, Claret, and Sparkling Wines
- 1/2 cup Honey
Instructions
- Pour your dried herbs into a clean mason jar with a lid (3/4 of the way full)Add 2-4TBS of Raw Organic Honey.Pour the port wine over the herbs. Mix in the jar until well combined.Lid the jar, shake, label and store in a cool, dark place for 3-6 weeksShake/agitate every day for the first week. After 2 -3 weeks, filter out plants, compost the material.Enjoy 1/4-1/2 cup of wine per day.
