Enjoy these yummy herbal-infused smoothies that are healthy and easy!
You can use a blender or food processor for each of these recipes! Just add the ingredients and blend.

All of the herbs are used as Organic powder forms for easy access; can be found at most stores.

I personally strive to use Turmeric every single day; it’s a true yellow wonder! This root is a very popular health food due to its incredible ability to decrease inflammation in the body + gives major support to your liver.

  • 1 Cup Organic Plant-based Milk OR water
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen/Fresh Organic Mango
  • 1 Cup Frozen/Fresh Organic Pineapple
  • 1 tsp. Fresh/Preserved Organic Ginger
  • 2 Organic Dates
  • 1/2 TBSP *Organic Turmeric Powder

Chocolate Defense Smoothie

I’m more of a vanilla gal, but Cacao really gets me energized and gets me ready to take on my day every time I have it in my smoothie, or in my Cashew Tumeric Milk.

Sidenote: It’s a sad representation by the time it gets to the store in the form of a sugary chocolate bar btw. Shoot for 65%-100% when buying chocolate, or just make this smoothie to get your chocolate fix!

Cacao is a jack of all trades! Cacao is used widely & is shown to improve mood, lower blood pressure, support brain health and protect the heart!

Swear no love goes to cinnamon unless it’s Christmas time and everyone’s baking cookies or something! Sad sad, Cinnamon is an incredible and versatile bark. Yep, it’s bark off of the tall lanky Cinnamon tree! Sweet and a lil spicy flavor that is a great addition to any sweet or savory meals. Probably more sweet, considering it reduces high-blood sugar levels within your body. Fun fact, Cinnamon is antimicrobial and often added to toothpaste to give you a healthier smile!

  • 1 Cup Organic Plant-based Milk OR water
  • 1 Organic Bananas
