🍁 Welcome to the Autumn Season 🍁

I don’t know about you, but Fall is definitely my favorite season! Time for pumpkin spice and everything nice; cool crisp air as the sun rises and sets. The real benefit of the Autumn season is that it allows us to start the transition of going within. Spring and Summer are all external energies where we shine bright with the sun. During Fall and Winter, it’s time to nurture and revisit our inner-self as the plants do during the cold, harsh weather conditions.
This recipe is to be best enjoyed with a cup of Cashew Turmeric Milk!

Clove, Cinnamon, and Cardamon is the trio essential for fall! It’s not just pumpkin– these three herbs are what make the “spice”
Medicinal properties of these three include: anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and help regulate blood sugar!
The perfect addition to this decadent Healthy Rice Pudding ~

While we’re all in hibernation mode, try this easy recipe that is soothing to all of the senses! This Herbal Rice Pudding is going to make your house smell like bliss! It’s an easy recipe you can save to eat whenever you have a sweet craving and want something healthy, or need a warm, filling breakfast to start your day.
